Job summary

IHI Terrasun Solutions Inc. is looking for a Field Services Technician (Gemini Site) based in Moapa Valley, Nevada. This role supports ITS systems with installation, maintenance, and repair of energy storage solutions at customer sites.

You will work with field engineers, sales, engineering, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and safe, effective operation across project life cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering and services in electrical power equipment.
• Ability to exceed goals and collaborate with engineering and sales.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair energy storage systems.
• Provide technical consultation to field engineers, sales, and logistics.
• Communicate customer feedback to engineering and sales teams.
• Troubleshoot faults and isolate issues.
• Travel to and stay at assigned job sites until tasks are complete.
• Maintain safety and high operational standards.
