Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in energy-sector project management, strong leadership, financial acumen, and proficiency with PRINCE2/PMBOK. PMP or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within the energy sector (power generation, transmission, renewables).
• Proven experience managing complex energy projects end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of PRINCE2 and PMBOK methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of energy sector projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in energy.
• Monitor progress, address deviations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and contractor management for services and equipment.
• Foster effective communication among all project participants.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and knowledge transfer.
