Job summary

KVC Health Systems is seeking an End User Support Technician in Lee’s Summit, MO. This on-site role supports staff with hardware, software, and network issues across the agency while traveling to various sites in Missouri and Kansas.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, 1–3 years of experience in PC hardware, data networking, and troubleshooting, with a preference for additional certifications. Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
1–3 years in a business environment with PC hardware, data networking, and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service by resolving helpdesk tickets promptly and effectively.
Manage user accounts, profiles, and the setup of mobile devices, computers, and peripherals.
Image new computers and manage installation of software, patches, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot technical difficulties independently with vendors and team members.
Support Infrastructure Services with network wiring, Wi‑Fi, and telephone systems.
Maintain organized IT work areas and accurate equipment inventory.
Develop training documentation and knowledgebase articles for end users.
Travel to sites throughout Missouri and Kansas as needed.
