Job summary

You will manage user accounts, set up devices, install software, and troubleshoot problems to keep staff productive. The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and problem-solving as you image new computers, configure patches, and document solutions.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience with PC hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• CompTIA A+/Network+ or MCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by resolving helpdesk tickets promptly.
• Manage user accounts and the setup of mobile devices, computers, and peripherals.
• Image new computers and install software, patches, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties independently and with vendors.
• Support network wiring, Wi‑Fi, and telephone systems.
• Maintain organized IT work areas and equipment inventory.
• Develop training documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Travel to sites across Missouri and Kansas as needed.
