Job summary

KVC Health Systems, Inc. seeks an End User Support Technician to serve as the primary contact for technical issues in the Lee’s Summit region, providing remote support to staff across the agency.

You will manage devices, image computers, install software, and work with vendors to resolve problems. This on-site role requires an associate degree, 1–3 years in PC hardware and networking, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in a business environment with PC hardware, data networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by resolving helpdesk tickets promptly and effectively.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and setup of mobile devices, computers, and peripherals.
• Image new computers and manage software installations, patches, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently with vendors and team members.
• Support Infrastructure Services with network wiring, Wi-Fi, and telephone systems.
• Maintain organized IT work areas and accurate equipment inventory.
• Develop training documentation and knowledgebase articles for end users.
• Travel to sites throughout Missouri and Kansas as needed.
