Job summary

You will read blueprints, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, a state electrician license, and ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an electrician apprenticeship or technical training.
• Valid state electrician license (Journeyman or Master as required).
• 3–5 years of commercial electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems per codes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot with testing gear and diagnose electrical malfunctions.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics to plan work and upgrades.
• Document activities in CMMS and coordinate with teams and contractors.
