You'll have opportunities to work on diverse electrical systems and equipment, continuously expanding your technical knowledge while delivering exceptional service that reflects JLL's commitment to innovation and excellence in facility management.**What your day to day will look like:*** Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become critical problems* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment such as multimeters, circuit testers, and thermal imaging cameras* Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure building occupant safety and comfort* Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan and execute installation and repair projects* Collaborate with facility management teams, engineers, and external contractors to coordinate electrical work and system upgrades* Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)* Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and JLL safety protocols on every job**Required qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program or technical training* Valid state electrician's license (Journeyman or Master Electrician certification as required by local jurisdiction)* Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repair* Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes and regulations* Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights on ladders and lifts, and access confined spaces as needed* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between client sites**Preferred qualifications:*** Master Electrician license or relevant advanced certifications* Experience working in commercial real estate, healthcare, or large-scale facility environments* Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), energy management systems, and LED lighting retrofits* Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or similar platforms* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification demonstrating commitment to workplace safety* Experience with renewable energy systems, solar installations, or electric vehicle charging infrastructureThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
