Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site leader to supervise electrical crews and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will manage daily activities, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the project team to meet quality objectives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a Wyoming master or journeyman license, a track record of leading successful electrical installations, and the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Wyoming journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Ten years of progressive leadership experience, including six years as a foreman.
• Strong project history and customer relations desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site crews and manage daily activities.
• Set site goals and monitor progress.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan materials, scheduling, and man loading.
• Assist Project Manager with project financials.
• Establish long-term partnerships with general contractors and subs.
