Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships to secure future business.
• Direct and supervise service technicians, foremen and crews in line with contracts and policies.
• Manage projects economically while prioritizing customer satisfaction, quality workmanship and positive industry image.
• Prepare, process and maintain files, schedules, reports and billing for contracts.
• Direct project planning through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.
• Collaborate with the bidding team when necessary.
