Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation seeks an Operations Manager for the ECSI division in Minnesota. You will lead a team of Project Managers and personally manage high-priority projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality execution in structured cabling, electronic security, fire alarm, and related systems.

Preferred candidates bring 10 years in limited energy/electrical construction, 5+ years in PM, 2+ years in leadership, and certifications such as BICSI, NICET, CTS, PMP, and

Qualifications

• 10 years in the limited energy/electrical construction industry, with at least 5 years in project management and 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• BICSI RCDD, NICET III/IV, CTS, PMP, and OSHA 30 certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers to execute plans, ensure on-time delivery with quality.
• Coach PMs using hands-on project management and technical knowledge.
• Mentor APMs into PMs and PMs into senior roles.
• Drive process improvements and monitor margins and utilization.
• Conduct daily check-ins and manage project progress to meet milestones.
