Siemens Mobility is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist for our Grand Prairie, Texas facility. This on-site role supports zero-harm goals and regulatory readiness across EHS and security programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the EHS Team Lead, with shifts on 1st and 2nd.

You will manage OSHA/EPA compliance, security protocols, training, and incident investigations while maintaining accurate records and metrics for leadership and regulators.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field.
• 2+ years of EHS or security experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 standards, EPA regulations, and general industrial safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and travel <5%.

Mansioni

• Maintain site compliance with OSHA 1910, EPA regulations, and local requirements.
• Manage site security protocols including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and coordination with guard services.
• Coordinate with external security vendors to support site integrity and asset protection.
• Conduct safety and security inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental monitoring; document findings and corrective actions.
• Support investigations of incidents and RCA; assist with root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety and security training including PPE, LOTO, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain EHS/security records and compile performance metrics for leadership and regulators.
• Support PPE, waste management, ergonomics, environmental sustainability, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
