Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across our manufacturing sites in North America. You will drive regulatory compliance, audits, training, and continuous improvement to protect employees and the environment.

With 5–8 years of EHS leadership, you will manage inspections, incident investigations, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communication, while advancing safety culture and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of federal/state EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Proven leadership in managing EHS programs and influencing culture.
• Strong communication to train, mentor, and engage staff.
• Experience with EHS management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
• Experience managing external audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Lead safety inspections, environmental audits, and risk assessments across all departments and facilities.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Design and deliver safety and environmental training programs for employees and management.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee hazardous waste handling, chemical inventory, air/water/waste permitting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and spill response.
