Job summary

Pace is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Analyst for on-site work in Mansfield, MA. You will coordinate and review EHS and hazardous waste programs, maintain records, support inspections and training, and help ensure compliance with applicable requirements and standards.

The role emphasizes safety-minded, collaborative teamwork and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lab and office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of EHS experience; an associate degree preferred.
• Experience testing, handling, and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Proficiency with computer applications, databases, forms, and office systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS support across multiple operations, including inspections, reporting, and training.
• Coordinate waste container inspections and waste storage areas and manage waste container collection.
• Assist with the laboratory's hazardous materials program, including shipments and radiation surveys as applicable.
• Facilitate EHS training sessions for employees and leaders.
• Review, complete, and process logs, forms, and EHS records and information.
• Support the review and implementation of EHS policies and programs.
