Pace® is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to support laboratory and office operations. You will coordinate environmental, health and safety programs, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with required standards.
The role focuses on policy implementation, inspections, training, and data management, with collaboration across teams to maintain safe and compliant operations.
Shift: Four (4) 10 hour shifts: Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM OR Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors. Find Your Place at Pace® Join us as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator and put your EHS experience to work supporting our laboratory and office operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate and review environmental, health and safety and hazardous waste programs; maintain records and databases; support inspections and training; and help ensure our practices align with applicable requirements and organizational standards.
Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining all required licenses and certificates in active status without suspension or revocation. Hazardous materials shipping certification may be required depending on the area of assignment.
This position works in laboratory and office settings and requires the mobility and stamina to use standard office and laboratory equipment and sit for extended periods. The role may require exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects. Employees must be able to read printed materials and computer screens and communicate in person and by telephone. Work may involve exposure to blood or bodily fluids, chemicals, fumes, gases, noxious odors and related laboratory or environmental conditions.
