Job summary

Pace® is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to support laboratory and office operations. You will coordinate environmental, health and safety programs, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with required standards.

The role focuses on policy implementation, inspections, training, and data management, with collaboration across teams to maintain safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in environmental health and safety or related field.
• Ability to learn and apply EHS policies in lab and operations.
• Proficiency with documentation, records, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS support across testing, inspections, reporting and program administration.
• Explain and apply EHS policies to staff and management.
• Conduct inspections of waste containers and coordinate disposal.
• Coordinate low-level radioactive shipments and radiation surveys for the lab.
• Facilitate EHS training sessions for employees and leaders.
• Review and process EHS logs, forms, and databases.
