Job summary

Johnson Welded Products, a Tramec Company, is seeking a hands-on EHS Manager in Urbana, Ohio to lead safety and environmental programs on-site across multiple shifts. You will partner with HR and Operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and experience with ISO 14001. You will mentor plant leaders, deliver training, and manage audits, incident investigations, and environmental reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs to reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Develop, deliver, and track training for employees and leaders.
• Mentor plant leaders to improve EHS performance.
