Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking an EHS Coordinator in Harlingen, TX, to lead and manage the safety program for our projects. You will train employees, monitor compliance, and serve as a safety resource for project teams.

Responsibilities include developing safety policies, coordinating inspections, and conducting incident investigations to protect workers and clients, while maintaining regulatory adherence and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety, environmental compliance, or related field.
• Ability to interpret and apply OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong training, communication, and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote Alston Construction’s strong safety culture.
• Plan, develop and implement safety policies in compliance with OSHA and regulations.
• Identify training needs and implement safety awareness initiatives.
• Monitor safety inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage OSHA site visits and incident investigations and corrective actions.
