Job summary

Alston Construction in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee and direct the site's Safety Program for assigned projects, ensuring training for all employees and strong safety performance on site.

You will promote OSHA compliance, implement site policies, conduct inspections, manage JHAs and SDSs, and lead weekly safety meetings with subcontractors while coordinating with project teams to protect personnel and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety management.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• CSP or CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture on site and externally.
• Implement safety policies per OSHA/local regulations.
• Train site employees on the Safety Program.
• Manage site safety orientations for new workers.
• Conduct safety inspections and report findings.
• Coordinate weekly safety meetings with subcontractors.
• Ensure JHAs are completed and reviewed.
• Oversee SDS submissions and safety data records.
