Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site Think Together educational program at a partner school. You will manage daily site operations, ensure safety, program quality, and coordination with school staff to meet ADA and funding requirements.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage multiple funding streams and schedules, including before/after school and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience working in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position is required.
• Internal Candidate: Completion of Think Together Build the Bench Program for SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures program activities align with mission, values, and four core agreements.
• Maintains ADA targets and coordinates funding streams for the site.
• Implements program design, curriculum, and staff training.
• Oversees data accuracy, attendance, and confidentiality of student records.
