Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Earned Value Program Control Analyst to work on-site with the PMO. The role supports EVMS, the Integrated Master Schedule, and cost/schedule/performance forecasting for government programs.

The candidate will analyze historical performance, forecast completion data, interface with customer personnel, and brief executives and control account managers. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or related field is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site project and earned value management support and coordination.
• Assist with development of the program's cost and schedule baseline.
• Assist with review and reporting of performance updates from Control Account Managers.
• Support senior EV Analysts in briefing Government personnel on EVM and schedule performance.
• Monitor procedures (Baseline Change Requests, Schedule Management, Variance Analysis) for efficiency and implement improvements.
• Develop standards and instructions for planning, scheduling, EVMS, and IPMDAR compilation and analysis.
• Prepare data for Integrated Baseline Reviews with the Government.
• Transfer data from the schedule to the Earned Value system and validate accuracy.
• Maintain EV artifacts and program documentation for customer and leadership reviews.
