Acentra Health is seeking an on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician in El Paso, Texas. This full-time role requires licensure in Texas and a commitment to delivering comprehensive EAP services for a large government agency.

The position follows a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel for site visits across the region. We cover approved transportation and lodging as needed and reimbursed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas-licensed clinician (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.).
• 2+ years in EAP/mental health or related field.
• Ability to pass federal security clearance for a high-trust public position.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct counseling and crisis response services to employees and management.
• Maintain caseloads and documentation per HIPAA and internal protocols.
• Coordinate with account managers and stakeholders to ensure service quality and program impact.
• Refer clients to treatment resources as appropriate and support transitions.
