Helios & Partners is seeking an E-commerce Performance Operator/Manager to own the digital storefront and growth marketing. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, CRO, and operational efficiency across paid channels, Shopify optimization, and retention initiatives.

You will drive acquisition, optimize funnels, and monitor unit economics while collaborating with designers and content creators to test and iterate strategies for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a DTC brand
• Shopify ecosystem expertise with apps like Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Recharge
• Analytical mastery to interpret attribution models and drive profitable decisions
• Growth mindset with familiarity in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and A/B testing
• Execution-focused, organized, capable of balancing strategy and daily ops

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and unit economics for a DTC brand
• Oversee paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Direct Mail) and coordinate with partners
• Manage ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV targets and reporting dashboards
• Lead CRO initiatives, A/B tests, and landing page optimization on Shopify
• Build and optimize landing pages with Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo for campaigns
• Monitor inventory velocity and shipping costs to align ad spend with supply chain
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries for management
