Job summary

Doc’s Diesel seeks a Shopify-first Ecommerce operator to own site performance, CRO, and on-site campaign execution across our DTC channel. You’ll lead a small, high-output team and coordinate with performance, creative, and Marketing VP to ensure the site converts on every campaign.

You’ll optimize CVR, AOV, and on-site merchandising, manage product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase experience, and drive retention through timely experiments and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience with at least 3 years in a Shopify-primary DTC environment.
• Proven, measurable track record improving CVR and AOV for a physical product brand.
• Hands-on experience managing and developing direct reports (designers, listing managers, or similar).
• Deep Shopify expertise: theme management, app ecosystem, analytics, merchandising, and storefront optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a small, high-output ecommerce team, including any contractors and agencies supporting the channel.
• Set clear priorities, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
• Run structured weekly check-ins and maintain clarity on ownership across all ecommerce workstreams.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership, urgency, and data-driven decision-making within the ecommerce pod.
• Own Shopify CVR, AOV, and on-site revenue as primary KPIs.
• Lead structured A/B testing across PDPs, landing pages, collections, and checkout flow.
