Job summary

SimVentions seeks a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team onsite at NSWC Dahlgren. You will craft RMF A&A packages, conduct continuous monitoring, and test systems to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required; US Citizenship is necessary. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $156,000 per year, reflecting experience and contract specifics.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years program specific security engineering experience.
• Two (2) of the five (5) years of engineering experience on Combat Weapons Systems in Navy afloat systems.
• IAT Level II or Level III certification, or equivalent when acting as ISSO/ISSE.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization artifacts.
• Document a system from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Office tools.
• Apply DISA STIGs and NSA recommendations.
• Lead and perform ISSO to be focal point for security matters.
