Service Minds is hiring a Skilled Trades Dispatcher to keep daily service operations running smoothly and to support customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate service calls, optimize technician schedules, and maintain strong communication with field teams, customers, and branch leadership. This in-office role emphasizes attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience, preferably in home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical).
• Experience using dispatching/scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple technicians and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service calls by scheduling, assigning, and dispatching technicians.
• Optimize technician schedules to minimize downtime and travel.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and customers.
• Handle last‑minute changes and emergency calls while keeping operations organized.
