Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Director of Construction to lead the on-site team delivering a full data center campus program. You will own the scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with senior leaders to ensure safe, reliable handover of a 500MW+ campus.

This role requires deep owner-side experience and a strong governance mindset. You will manage multi-discipline teams, drive value engineering, and interface with utilities, JV partners, and corporate leadership to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Own campus program delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and handover.
