Mission Recruiting, LLC invites applications for a Director of Intake and Client Acquisition at our Van Nuys office. This on-site leadership role builds and runs the intake department for a plaintiff-side personal injury firm, reporting to the Managing Partner. Expect to shape processes, train staff, and drive lead-to-retainer conversion.

Compensation is hourly, based on experience, with potential to transition to a permanent role; 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury intake experience required.
• Proven success converting leads into signed retainers.
• Experience training or supervising intake staff.
• Familiarity with CasePeer or similar legal CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an internal intake department.
• Develop intake procedures, scripts, and follow-up systems.
• Train, supervise, and coach intake specialists.
• Oversee lead conversion and retainer execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve intake efficiency.
