Job summary

California Injury PLC is seeking a Director of Intake and Client Acquisition to lead an in-house intake operation in California. The role requires proven personal injury intake leadership, a track record of converting leads to retained clients, and the ability to build and mentor an in-house team.

You will design scripts, workflows, and KPI reporting, oversee high-volume intake activity, and ensure ethical, compliant client communications while driving aggressive growth and results.

Qualifications

• Plaintiff personal injury intake experience with 3–5 years at a high-performing law firm.
• Proven track record of converting leads into retained clients with measurable figures.
• Directly handled intake calls and signed prospective clients, not just supervised others.
• Experience building or improving intake workflows, scripts and KPI reporting.
• Working knowledge of PI case screening: liability, injuries and insurance.
• Ability to train and mentor intake staff and lead a team.
• Experience with CasePeer or comparable systems; proficient with e-signatures and call/text platforms.
• Excellent communication, ethical boundaries and client empathy.
