Ascendion in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Intake Director to lead its intake operations and drive conversion, team performance, and growth.

This leadership role requires strategic, data-driven thinking and close collaboration with Marketing and firm leadership to optimize lead quality and client acquisition. The director will oversee the entire intake process, coach the team, and elevate processes for better outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading personal injury intake operations.
• Demonstrated leadership including coaching and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, analytics, reporting, and lead-conversion metrics.
• Experience evaluating marketing performance and lead-source data.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop the firm's Intake Department.
• Oversee the entire intake process from initial lead contact through signed retainer.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize departmental and individual KPIs.
• Analyze lead volume, response times, conversion rates, follow-up activity, and lost-lead trends.
• Evaluate performance across marketing channels and lead sources.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for firm leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve intake processes, workflows, and overall department performance.
• Coach and develop intake team members through call reviews, training, and performance management.
• Ensure timely, consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
• Review and elevate high-value or complex potential cases.
• Improve intake scripts, procedures, and technology to maximize efficiency and results.

A growing personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Intake Director to lead its intake operations and drive conversion, team performance, and overall growth.

This is a leadership opportunity for a strategic, data-driven professional who understands how to turn prospective client inquiries into signed cases. The ideal candidate will oversee the intake process from initial contact through signed retainer, manage departmental performance, and partner closely with Marketing and firm leadership to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and client acquisition.

• Strong understanding of KPIs, analytics, reporting, and lead-conversion metrics.
• Experience evaluating marketing performance and lead-source data.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver measurable improvements.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience with Filevine, Lead Docket, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
• Base salary: $130,000-$200,000, depending on experience.
