Job summary

Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Intake and Client Acquisition for a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Van Nuys, California. This role builds and leads an intake department from the ground up and works directly with the Managing Partner.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in PI intake, a proven track record converting leads to retainers, and experience training staff. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; on-site, full-time, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury intake experience.
• Proven success converting leads into signed retainers.
• Experience training or supervising intake staff.
• Familiarity with CasePeer or similar legal CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior Director title is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an internal intake department.
• Develop intake procedures, scripts, and follow-up systems.
• Train, supervise, and coach intake specialists.
• Oversee lead conversion and retainer execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve intake efficiency.
