RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Direct Support Supervisor for Burnsville, NC. This on-site, full-time role supervises Direct Support Employees in residential homes, coordinates daily activities, and ensures services align with Individual Support Plans.

Responsibilities include training and performance reviews, hiring recommendations, on-call coverage, and ensuring safe, clean living environments. Requires High School Diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate Degree in a health-related area preferred; or two years’ experience in a health-related field.
One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
CPR, first aid certification—required or may be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned.
Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees.
Provides training and conducts performance reviews.
Interviews and makes hiring recommendations; handles on-call coverage.
Ensures safety, cleanliness and maintenance of homes; helps implement Individual Support Plans.
