Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide on-call coverage and flexible scheduling.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more employees; interview and train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff complete training and attend events; on-call coverage.
• Maintain clean, safe residential homes and support personal goals per ISPs.
• Carry out duties of Direct Support Professional as needed.
