Rogers Sporting Goods is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to lead multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, email, SMS, and on-site creative. You will work closely with internal teams and designers to execute campaigns from concept through launch in an on-site role.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Attentive, and a data-driven mindset for ROAS optimization across ecommerce channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing or campaign management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing funnels and ROAS optimization.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate messaging and timing across paid media, email, SMS, and on-site creative.
• Ensure banners and on-site assets align with active campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Develop campaign calendars and monitor performance to optimize ROAS and engagement.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and merchandising teams on promotions and product focus.
