Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an on-site role in Pataskala, Ohio. The candidate will install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops/notebooks, respond to incidents, and provide VIP support to customers at the client site.

Strong Windows OS knowledge and a proven customer service background are required. A+ certification and familiarity with ServiceNow are preferred. This position may offer benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO and more.

Qualifications

Candidate has A+ certification and solid Windows OS knowledge.
Experience with desktop/notebook management and VIP support.
Strong customer service mindset and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops/notebooks and peripherals on-site or remotely.
Handle Windows imaging, deployment, and software installation tasks.
Act as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Provide incident management and service desk support (ServiceNow).
Review and optimize desktop configurations and maintain hardware at client sites.
Diagnose product performance issues and perform basic break/fix repairs.
Instruct customers on basic Windows usage and maintenance.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality support.
