Job summary

STI in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join Client Services Operations. This on-site role supports high volumes of Service Desk requests, hardware installations, and customer software support in the Huntersville area.

You will image and configure computers, install printers and peripherals, manage data migrations, and collaborate with Data Center and Application teams to resolve issues and implement IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop support to a high volume of Service Desk requests.
• Ability to image and configure new computers with appropriate software.
• On-site work in the Huntersville, NC area.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Citrix environments.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Services Operations with Service Desk tickets and hardware/software support.
• Image and configure computers, install software for customers.
• Install local and network printers and peripherals; configure devices.
• Migrate user data and profiles during hardware replacements.
• Coordinate with Data Center Ops and Application teams to resolve issues.
