Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking experienced Deskside Support/Desktop Support Analysts to provide enterprise-level technical support across government environments. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, imaging, deploying, and maintaining Windows endpoints and devices.

The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, and ability to work on-site at government sites with Secret or higher clearance. Strong ITSM and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4 to 7 years of relevant experience supporting desktop systems, endpoint infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
Experience with Windows desktop operating systems and enterprise endpoint environments.
Familiarity with ITSM practices and incident management procedures.
Experience with software deployment, patch management, and endpoint monitoring.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, image, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise endpoint devices.
Support software deployment, application installation, upgrades, updates, and patch management.
Monitor endpoint health and compliance using enterprise management tools.
Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and systems administration teams to resolve issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Adhere to ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with government security requirements and organizational policies.
