Job summary

AAC is looking for a full-time Tier 2 desktop support professional to work on-site at a government facility in Fort Meade, MD. This role involves providing support for PC, server, and mainframe applications, while documenting and resolving incidents using a ticketing system.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Tier 2 support, alongside strong communication skills and a customer service attitude. An active DOD Secret security clearance and Security+ certification are also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
