Job summary

RCG, Inc. is seeking an experienced Desktop/Endpoint Administrator to support a government client in Boulder, CO.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on desktop and endpoint administration, end-user technical support, device deployment, software management, and endpoint security. You will contribute to a small desktop support team while ensuring secure, reliable, and effective support for government and contractor users.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT experience minimum, plus at least three years in desktop/endpoint administration or enterprise support.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on with endpoint management tech: Intune, BigFix, JAMF Pro.
• Experience with BitLocker or other full-disk encryption technologies.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows laptops/desktops, macOS devices, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Deploy and manage applications using Intune, BigFix, and JAMF Pro.
• Administer mobile devices and email provisioning for productivity apps.
• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage assets, licensing, and software versions; maintain documentation.
• Lead a small desktop support team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure endpoint security and encryption compliance across devices.
