Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an experienced Desktop Endpoint Specialist to provide onsite desktop and endpoint administration for Boulder, CO. The role covers hardware, software deployment, inventory, and security across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities include configuring laptops and devices, deploying apps, maintaining records, and ensuring compliant endpoint configurations in both classified and unclassified environments.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on proficiency supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, BigFix, Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, BitLocker, iOS/Android devices, Mac/JAMF Pro, printers and Surface Hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop/endpoint support for end users.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories and records.
• Install approved software and manage licenses.
• Deploy applications using BigFix and Intune.
• Support Windows laptops/desktops and BitLocker encryption.
• Support Apple, Android, and iOS devices with Intune and JAMF Pro.
• Ensure security and compliance for classified and unclassified environments.
