Job summary

Sehlhorst Equipment Services is seeking a Demolition Crew Foreman to lead a crew in planning, coordinating and executing demolition projects safely and efficiently. You will ensure adherence to safety regulations, manage timelines and budgets, and supervise site activities with a strong emphasis on OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Demolition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Current OSHA 30 or greater
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of demolition methods, environmental regulations and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demolition project schedules, allocate resources and ensure timely completion within budget
• Utilize construction management software to track progress and allocate resources
• Oversee quality control to meet project specifications
• Inspect site to determine sequencing and methods of demolition and identify hazards
• Communicate with project managers, engineers and clients on status and issues
• Provide direction and coaching to field staff on structural demolition and safety compliance
