Job summary

Major League Contracting and Demo in Missouri seeks a lead working foreman and project manager for a hybrid role overseeing demolition and construction sites. You will manage daily scheduling, site visits, crew coordination, safety, and client communications with homeowners and general contractors.

The role offers a 25–35 USD per hour range, company vehicle after 90 days, and health insurance starting January 1, 2025. Monday–Friday, 7–3 with 30 minutes lunch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demolition/construction experience.
• Must be able to drive a 1-1.5 ton truck and pull trailers; CDL preferred.
• General knowledge of structural framing, electricity, and plumbing.
• Heavy equipment experience a plus.
• Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, and Mold certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position as the lead working foreman and project manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• -Daily Site Visits
• -Scheduling of jobs
• -Scheduling of employees
• -New Project Starts, shutting off water and electricity and handling any fine/complicated demolition needed
• -Making sure work is being done in a safe, clean, professional and efficient method
• -Dumpster Rental
• -Landfill Runs
• -Tool Rental
• -Material and Equipment Runs
• -Communication with Homeowner and/or General Contractor

Compensation:

• -$25-35 an hour based on experience and qualifications
• -Company Vehicle after 90 days
• -Health Insurance January 1st 2025

• -5+ plus years demolition/construction experience

• -Must have general knowledge of structural framing, electricity, and plumbing.
• -Plus if you have experience in heavy equipment.
• -Plus if you have Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, and Mold Certifications.

Hours:

• Normally Monday - Friday, 7-3 with 30 min paid lunch

Daily Routine:

• -Pick up/ Drop off any material, equipment or rentals need.
• -Check on jobsites
• -Daily scheduling and paperwork
• -Work at the jobsite you can be most utilized at
