Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in construction or demolition is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the demolition industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of demolition processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and handle heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise demolition workers and assign tasks.
