Job summary

Tactical Demolition in Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead demolition projects from start to finish, coordinating with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and field crews to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage budgets and change orders, review plans and scopes, lead jobsite meetings, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and provide proactive issue resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction.
• Experience as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage demolition projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Oversee jobsite operations, superintendents, and field crews
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experiencein demolition or heavy civil construction
• Proven experience as aProject Manager or Assistant Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of demolition means and methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial and industrial demolition
• Knowledge of environmental abatement coordination
• Estimating or preconstruction experience a plus
