Qualifications

• Experience in project management, specifically in demolition.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can convey complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for demolition and hazardous materials.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and coordinate cross‑functional efforts.
• Certification or training in demolition and hazardous materials management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, budget, and coordinate demolition activities while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee selective and full-scale demolition projects and manage procurement and delivery of materials.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and timelines; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain high quality standards.
• Utilize project scheduling and job cost management to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
