Jobot is seeking an experienced Demolition Superintendent to lead large-scale demolition projects from planning through execution. You will oversee safety, schedules, budgets, and coordination with project teams to deliver on time and within regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in demolition within construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management systems. On-site role with extensive collaboration and on-site safety oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on demolition.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate crews and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all demolition operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Conduct site inspections and implement safety measures.
• Manage demolition crews, provide guidance and feedback.
• Resolve issues or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of demolition activities including personnel, equipment, and safety incidents.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
