Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware.
- Experience physically working on server hardware (installing, removing, diagnosing, repairing).
- Experience replacing server components (memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, NICs, GPUs).
- Experience with rack-mounted enterprise servers in data center or field service environments.
- Strong understanding of server hardware architecture and troubleshooting methods.
- Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work on-call as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise servers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures to minimize downtime.
- Perform hardware installation, removal, and replacement.
- Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, OS, and hardware diagnostics.
- Document service activities and resolutions clearly.
- Escalate complex issues and participate in on-call rotations.
