Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Service Engineer (Data Center) in Memphis, TN. You will install, maintain, and repair data center equipment, diagnose issues, and provide client and team training. Independent work and collaboration across departments are required to improve system performance.

This role involves safety/compliance handling, documentation, and ongoing communication with stakeholders. The position is a 4+ month engagement with competitive W2 pay and full benefits for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
