Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise servers or data center hardware.
Direct hardware experience installing, removing, diagnosing, repairing, or replacing components.
Experience troubleshooting memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, RAID/HBA, NICs, GPUs.
Experience with rack-mounted servers in data centers or customer environments.
Strong server hardware troubleshooting methodology and familiarity with Linux.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers and teams.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise servers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware failures to minimize downtime.
Install, remove, replace, and repair server components (memory, CPUs, PSUs, drives, RAID, NICs, GPUs).
Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware configuration in data centers.
Update firmware/BIOS and use server management tools (Dell iDRAC or equivalents).
Document service activities and escalation details; coordinate with customers and teams.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as needed.
