Job summary

NSC Global seeks an experienced Data Center Engineer to provide on-site support in a mission-critical data center environment. You will handle hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and installation for enterprise server infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include break-fix, diagnostics, and collaboration with remote teams. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced data center

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Data Center Engineer.
• Experience providing on-site support within enterprise data center environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and break-fix support on enterprise server platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related faults and infrastructure issues.
• Install, replace, configure, and test server components and peripherals.
• Execute maintenance activities per documented procedures and standards.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate service records and asset updates.
• Collaborate with remote and local teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support equipment moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning.
