Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects on-site as the owner's representative, overseeing GC, contracts, and alignment with design, budgets, master schedules, and Ready-for-Service dates.

You will coordinate and commission MEP and low-voltage systems, travel to project sites to validate progress and quality, and provide leadership with updates on progress, financials, risks, and project status.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3+ years direct data center PM experience with emphasis on MEP systems.
• Project experience with contract values $100M+.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure: power distribution, cooling, redundancy.
• Knowledge of construction components, processes, methodologies, and cost estimation.
• Experience with web-based project management software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• On-site progress inspections vs. drawings, specs, and master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction to close-out as owner's representative.
• Oversee general contractors, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with design, budgets, master schedules, and Ready-for-Service dates.
• Coordinate and commission MEP and low-voltage systems; travel to project sites to verify progress and quality.
• Provide regular updates on progress, financials, risks, and project status.
